EJ0N W40 machine are wide edge heavy automatic bending machine,it is widely used in Landscape character,Square letter,High side character,Hypotenuse letter and other letters.

Adopting the progressive clamping feeding design,the feeding torgue is large and the precision is high,which effectively avoids the waste of materials and fundamentally saves the cost.Through the perfect combination of feeding clamp,high-quality ball screw and linear guide,high-power servo dive,it can meet the high load working condition,and cooperate with the material pre-straightening system,eliminating the feeding slipping and deformation of the sheet during the feeding process.

W40 adopts CNC turning tool as slotting tool,which has high strength and low loss.Each knife has 8 angles,no need to sharpen,greatly improve the working life.The processing is low noise and no dust,ensuring smooth slotting effect.

W40 bending adopts 1500W SERVO motor,high torque,high forming degree.The precision mechanical bending system performs good when processing thick plates and high-side materials. The software is easy to operate ,and the processing graphics do not need to modify the nodes,which greatly improves the work efficiency.It is the preferred bending machine for high-side words.
